Ellen is a corporate lawyer based in Brisbane. 

She has experience advising on a variety of projects, mergers and acquisitions transactions and general corporate and commercial matters, primarily in the energy and resources sector.   

Ellen's key areas of focus include: energy and resources law (including native title and Aboriginal cultural heritage); private M&A and capital raising, including share, asset and resource tenement sale and purchase; general corporate and commercial transaction and advisory work, including in relation to regulatory issues, corporate governance and corporations law compliance; and social impact and stakeholder engagement issues.
